About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team you will create memorable moments for guests by serving drinks and food with a friendly attitude. You will work in a lively pub environment, helping customers unwind after a long day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a heartfelt and memorable experience for every customer.
• Recommend drinks and offer insider knowledge of the bar menu.
• Prepare and present drinks to specification.
• Greet guests, take orders and serve food efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar area, addressing any issues promptly.
