Business Development Manager – Birmingham – £35k+ OTE

About the role

Yell is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join its Birmingham team. You will be the face of the company in the region, helping local businesses grow through digital marketing solutions while earning uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and win new clients across the Birmingham area.
• Meet customers (virtually and face‑to‑face) to understand their goals and design tailored digital solutions.
• Negotiate, present and close deals that deliver measurable impact.
• Manage accounts for up to 12 months post‑sale to ensure client success.
• Use data insights to optimise ROI and drive client growth.

Required profile

• Proven success in field sales or high‑performing telesales.
• Confidence in building relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Resilience, positivity and a strong presentation style.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is a plus, not essential.
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points).
