Car Sales Executive – Volvo Dealership

About the role

Join Listers Group’s Volvo dealership in Worcester as a Car Sales Executive. You will guide customers through the buying journey, ensuring each interaction feels personalised and meets their lifestyle needs.

Key responsibilities

• Match customers with the right Volvo model and recommend suitable features and add‑ons.
• Handle financing, contracts and all paperwork to secure total customer satisfaction.
• Prospect, follow‑up on inbound calls, walk‑ins and online enquiries.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑on sales.
• Collect and maintain accurate customer and vehicle data in line with FCA and data‑protection rules.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
• Valid UK driver’s licence.
• Motor‑trade or automotive experience preferred, but full training will be provided.
