CTAC Health Care Support Worker (Fixed‑term)

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join the CTAC team and support our registered nurses. The role offers the chance to develop practical skills across a range of clinical activities while working in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses with day‑to‑day patient care.
- Perform phlebotomy, record vital signs, conduct urinalysis, carry out ECGs and manage wound care.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a passion for person‑centred care.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a busy clinical setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with IT systems used in patient care.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel.
What we offer
- Fixed‑term contract until 31 March 2027 (full‑time 36 hrs/week, pro‑rata for part‑time).
- Family‑friendly hours Monday‑Friday.
- Comprehensive training provided, no prior experience required.
