Customer Service Agent – E‑Commerce (Hybrid, London)

About the role
We are seeking a UK‑based Online Customer Service Agent to join Miista’s E‑Commerce team. The role is hybrid, with three days a week at our Hackney headquarters in East London and two days working from home. You will help deliver a premium shopping experience to our global clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Provide global customer support via email, phone and social media.
- Drive conversion through suggestive selling and product knowledge sharing.
- Manage online returns, exchanges and e‑commerce administration for the UK market.
- Build and maintain relationships to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent service levels.
- Resolve enquiries throughout the e‑commerce conversion funnel and report updates in weekly meetings.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of retail and e‑commerce customer service experience.
- Previous physical retail experience with a premium fashion brand.
- Experience handling high‑profile or VIP clients.
- Strong organisational abilities and a passion for fashion trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
