Data and Analytics Product Manager

About the role

VodafoneThree is looking for a Data and Analytics Product Manager to join its Data Product Strategy and Business Enablement team in Newbury. Working hybrid (2‑3 days in the office), you will help shape high‑impact data products that align with the company’s business priorities and support the rollout of 5G and digital infrastructure across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for data‑driven solutions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear data product specifications.
• Prioritise the product backlog and work closely with data engineering, analytics and delivery teams to ensure timely releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive adoption and measure product performance.
• Maintain product governance, data quality standards and continuous improvement processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management for data or analytics products.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
