Event Manager (French) – Edinburgh

About the role

Tour Partner Group is seeking a passionate Event Manager with French language skills to join its international team in Edinburgh. You will lead conferences, events and incentive groups from concept through to delivery and final financial reconciliation, creating memorable experiences for clients and their guests.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create and cost proposals, responding to RFPs promptly.
• Maintain project timelines, coordinate all aspects of each event and mitigate risks.
• Develop and update operational itineraries, book services within client budgets, and oversee logistics including site inspections and fam trips.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate rates with suppliers, track costs and process invoices.
• Build strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and represent the company at industry events.
• Promote sustainable practices and stay current on domestic venues and activities.

Required profile

• Experience in tourism, operations or event management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle evening/weekend work.
• Detail‑oriented, resourceful and creative problem‑solver.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
