About the role

The Guest Relations Manager will lead daily guest‑relations operations at a vibrant beach club in Bali, ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service and a memorable experience. This role combines front‑of‑house leadership with coordination across sales, marketing, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all guest‑relations activities, from greeting guests to handling inquiries and reservations.
• Manage the reservation system efficiently to process bookings and optimise occupancy.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, entertainment, and F&B teams to deliver seamless service.
• Monitor guest feedback and produce regular reports for continuous improvement.
• Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and parties.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Extensive hospitality experience, preferably in a high‑energy beach club or party environment.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume settings.
• Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali for a minimum two‑year contract.
