About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and people‑focused HR Coordinator to join our growing team. Based predominantly on‑site, you will be the operational backbone of the HR function, ensuring a great employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR queries and manage the HR inbox.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, contract amendments and related correspondence.
- Coordinate right‑to‑work checks, references and pre‑employment screening.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, including new starters, leavers and organisational changes.
- Collate and submit monthly payroll changes and support benefits administration.
- Assist with recruitment activities: interview scheduling, candidate communications and Workable ATS administration.
- Own onboarding logistics, including day‑one schedules, HR inductions and HRIS setup.
- Coordinate probation reviews and regular HR check‑ins.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) – user management, enrolment and progress tracking.
- Produce standard HR reports and maintain document libraries and policy version control.
