Change Consultant – AI Trainer (Freelance, 8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior turnaround or change consultant to help shape AI‑generated organisational content. Working 8‑20 hours per week, you will remotely review and improve AI outputs to ensure they reflect real‑world change management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated material on organisational change, turnaround strategy and implementation.
• Assess AI outputs for practical relevance, compliance and effectiveness in real scenarios.
• Develop realistic turnaround and change scenarios based on your professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from the perspectives of consultants, clients, leadership and other stakeholders.
• Identify missing elements, oversights or flawed reasoning in AI‑generated content.

Required profile

• Senior‑level turnaround or change consultant with substantial experience in the EU or UK.
• Proven track record advising on, planning and executing change or turnaround projects.
• Strong ability to evaluate organisational processes, compliance requirements and operational needs.
• Independent, self‑driven and capable of delivering clear, structured feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week and responsive to communication.
