About the role
Join the Transformation Office at QBE Insurance as a Junior PMO Analyst. You will support programme planning, maintain project artefacts and RAID logs, and gain exposure to senior stakeholders while developing core PMO competencies in a structured environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather milestones, dependencies and updates from delivery leads to support programme planning.
- Maintain accurate programme plans, artefacts and RAID logs in line with PMO standards.
- Coordinate resource demand inputs, tracking capacity and skill requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to log, track and mitigate risks, issues and actions.
- Compile status reports, dashboards and metrics using approved templates.
- Prepare materials for governance forums, ensuring completeness and consistency.
- Contribute to benefits and value tracking by feeding data into central reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates and processes.
Required profile
- Exposure to project or change environments, preferably within a large organisation.
- Strong motivation to develop PMO skills and work within structured processes.
- Proactive, well‑organised with a tech‑savvy mindset.
- Interest in business‑led change and delivery governance.
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present information effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
