About the role
Blue Oak Consulting is seeking a Junior Web Developer to build and maintain front‑end tools that visualise economic analysis for clients. The position is fully remote and part of a collaborative team that turns complex data into clear, actionable dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop user interfaces for data‑heavy dashboards using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Translate design mockups into functional, responsive web components.
- Expand and maintain an internal library of reusable code and components.
- Monitor performance and optimise loading times across browsers.
- Identify and resolve bugs, layout inconsistencies, and cross‑browser issues.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation updates, and collaborative planning with technical leads.
Required profile
- Solid foundation in core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and DOM manipulation.
- Logical problem‑solving ability and strong attention to visual detail.
- Effective communication skills for remote teamwork.
