About the role

We are seeking a Luxury Sales Assistant to join our fine fragrance boutique within Selfridges, Manchester. You will represent a prestigious perfume house, delivering a personalized, high‑end shopping experience to discerning clients.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise clients with professionalism, warmth, and expertise, guiding them to the perfect fragrance.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining deep product knowledge.
• Master fragrance storytelling, including notes, inspiration, and craftsmanship, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented, manage inventory, restocking, and merchandising.
• Handle transactions, returns, and client inquiries efficiently and discreetly.
• Collaborate with the boutique team, participating in meetings, training, and brand events.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for luxury goods and fine fragrances.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, or hospitality is a plus.
