Multi‑Skilled Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join the Greenwich Care Homes portfolio in London. In this permanent position you will ensure that our care home buildings remain safe, functional and welcoming for residents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing.
• Diagnose and repair faults across building systems such as HVAC, electrical installations and plumbing.
• Undertake fabric maintenance including carpentry, painting and general repairs.
• Support small refurbishment projects and coordinate work with sub‑contractors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records using digital systems.

Required profile

• Hold electrical qualifications (Level 3 in Electrical Installations, C&G 236, 2391‑52 or 18th Edition).
• Experience in multi‑skilled maintenance covering mechanical and fabric work.
• Comfortable using digital devices to update work records.
• Enjoy collaborative problem‑solving and working as part of a supportive team.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service in sensitive care environments.
