Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to support our growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building strong partnerships across the organisation. The role is hybrid, offering a blend of office and remote work, and operates on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and basic employment law.
• Produce and interpret recruitment reports to inform hiring strategy.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment platforms.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all recruitment activities.
• Navigate various applicant tracking systems and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to generate and analyse recruitment data and reports.
