Managing Director – Professional Services Recruitment

About the role

FIFTEEN WEST, in partnership with a leading international search business, is seeking a Managing Director to lead and scale its Professional Services recruitment platform across the UK and US. This senior role will drive growth in a market that includes advisory, consulting, private capital, tax, audit, financial advisory, transaction services, CFO search, interim consulting and compliance & risk.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale high‑performing professional services recruitment verticals in both the UK and US.
• Lead senior retained and contingent search mandates across advisory and consulting markets.
• Develop trusted relationships with partners, CFOs and senior advisory leadership teams.
• Drive strategic business development, revenue growth and market expansion.
• Mentor, manage and grow teams while maintaining full P&L ownership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in professional services, advisory, finance or executive‑search recruitment.
• Strong billing and business‑development performance at a senior level.
• Experience scaling teams, markets or high‑growth recruitment functions.
• Credibility operating within consulting, advisory or private‑capital environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build a significant platform.
