Relationship Manager – Corporate & Commercial Banking (Belfast/Glasgow)

About the role

Santander is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its Corporate & Commercial Banking team, based in either Belfast or Glasgow. You will manage a portfolio of UK SME clients, using digital tools, telephone and video channels to deliver a high‑quality, personalised banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full relationship with assigned SME clients across Northern Ireland.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially with internationally active customers.
• Support end‑to‑end lending applications, including financial analysis and consolidation.
• Leverage data and technology to deepen client insight while maintaining a personal touch.
• Drive productivity improvements, efficiency gains and simplification within the team.

Required skills
