Product Pricing Manager – VP

About the role

The Vice President, Product Pricing Manager will provide analytical insight and strategic oversight of pricing across Global Payment Acceptance, focusing on proprietary gateway pricing and its transition onto Bankworks. The role shapes large‑scale repricing initiatives, enhances pricing structures and supports commercial teams in delivering value‑driven propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and extract relevant data from internal and external sources, perform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
• Develop, validate and monitor quantitative models that support pricing decisions and profitability improvements.
• Guide implementation of pricing strategies, collaborate with commercial teams and the Value Management function, and communicate insights across the organisation.
• Lead large‑scale repricing activities driven by scheme or policy changes and ensure pricing competitiveness and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong numeric, verbal and logical reasoning with ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in financial services pricing, commercial analytics or related commercial environments.
• Degree‑level education in a numerate discipline such as finance, economics, mathematics or similar.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence pricing strategy.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using data interrogation and manipulation tools such as SQL, Business Objects, Access or SAS.
