About the role
We are seeking an experienced School Administrator to join a SEND school in Oldham on an immediate, temporary basis. The role supports the day‑to‑day running of a busy school office while the school searches for a permanent replacement, with the possibility of a lasting position.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate pupil records, attendance registers and correspondence.
- Manage phone calls, visitor enquiries and act as the first point of contact for staff, parents and pupils.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider school team, including scheduling and document handling.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a school administration role.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Professional handling of confidential information and a DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Arbor (preferred).
- Familiarity with Iris (desirable).
