About the role
The UK Merchant Acquisition and Incubation (MAI) team drives the onboarding and growth of new sellers on TikTok Shop. As an Account Strategist you will own the incubation of high‑potential SMB sellers, guiding them from initial onboarding to sustained business success.
Key responsibilities
- Identify growth paths for SMB sellers and support them in reaching key milestones.
- Deliver tailored, high‑touch seller diagnoses and scalable enablement programs.
- Manage communication channels to coordinate forecasting, troubleshooting, education, and program rollouts.
- Lead an end‑to‑end incubation program, including proposal development, execution, performance tracking, and impact evaluation.
- Collaborate with category, operations, and product teams to unlock growth levers.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve seller outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑starter with proven end‑to‑end project ownership.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Preferred: over 2 years of combined project management and BD/sales experience, ideally in e‑commerce.
