About the role
We are seeking a Consultancy Partnerships Manager to build and lead our consultancy partnership function. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy for a fast‑growing SaaS company that serves finance teams across procurement, treasury, payments and broader financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategic relationships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 finance transformation consultancies, advisory firms and ERP specialists across the UK and Europe.
- Create and execute partnership strategies that generate partner‑led pipeline and commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams on joint go‑to‑market initiatives and co‑selling programmes.
- Attend industry events to raise the company’s profile within the consultancy ecosystem.
- Track partnership performance, engagement metrics and sourced revenue.
- Help establish and scale the wider consultancy partnerships division over time.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel or Business Development roles.
- Strong understanding of consultancy‑led sales motions and partner ecosystems.
- Existing relationships with consultancies, ERP partners or finance‑transformation providers is a plus.
- Background in SaaS, ERP, FinTech, Procurement, Treasury or Office‑of‑Finance markets.
- Commercially driven with a track record of generating pipeline through partner channels.
- Comfortable working in high‑growth, scale‑up technology environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Motivated by green‑field opportunities and building functions from scratch.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary between £75,000 and £110,000 per year.
- Commission structure and equity potential.
- Remote work with a preference for candidates based in London or the South of England.
