Social Media Executive

About the role

Insignia is seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to join its London team. You will create luxury‑grade graphic and video content, own the end‑to‑end social presence, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver a premium social experience that aligns with the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute a social media plan that balances paid and organic goals for both Insignia and its Financial Services business.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, optimisation, and governance across all platforms while adhering to brand and compliance standards.
• Capture, design, edit, and deliver high‑quality reels, motion graphics, and visual assets reflecting a premium financial aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to set up and run META social ads campaigns.
• Work with Design, CRM, Content, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Drive follower growth and engagement through trend‑aligned content, hashtags, and community interaction.
• Optimise social content for discoverability and coordinate with PR for brand amplification.
• Generate innovative content concepts, conduct A/B testing, and refine performance based on KPI analysis.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury, finance, fintech, or high‑credibility service sectors.
• Proven track record of growing social channels and delivering high‑performance content.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for luxury‑grade digital storytelling.
• Ability to operate within regulated or compliance‑driven environments.
