Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels and international markets. This hands‑on, detail‑oriented position is ideal for a recent graduate with strong Excel abilities and some work experience who wants to build a career in performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Support campaign implementation and optimisation across paid search and other digital channels.
• Analyse performance data and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Coordinate promotion setup across markets, including briefing codes, URLs and offers.
• Test promotions thoroughly before launch to ensure accuracy.
• Brief and coordinate creative assets with the design team.
• Maintain and update the digital marketing calendar.
• Assist affiliate activity, including sales validation and compliance checks.
• Support campaign activation, reporting and general channel administration.
• Contribute copywriting for paid search and paid social.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Prior work experience such as an internship or placement.
• Strong Excel skills (essential).
• Numerical and analytical ability with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation, time‑management and communication skills.
• Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of paid search or other digital marketing channels.
