Solicitor / Senior Solicitor – Private Wealth Disputes (1–3 years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking an English‑qualified solicitor with 1–3 years post‑qualification experience to join our Band 1 Chambers‑ranked Private Wealth Disputes team. Working from Edinburgh, Leeds or remotely, you will handle English law and cross‑border disputes for high‑net‑worth individuals, trustees, executors and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft claim forms, particulars of claim, arbitration requests, legal submissions and witness statements.
• Prepare legal correspondence and conduct detailed legal research.
• Provide advice to clients and attend consultations with colleagues and counsel.
• Participate in mediation, negotiated resolutions and other ADR processes.
• Contribute to business development by building client relationships and winning new mandates.
• Support the development of the English litigation and private client knowledge base.

Required profile

• English qualification with a strong interest in private client law.
• Background in dispute resolution, preferably with exposure to trust and probate litigation.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong research abilities.
• Willingness to develop skills in mediation, arbitration and other ADR methods.
