Solicitor / Senior Solicitor – Private Wealth Disputes (1–3 years PQE)

About the role
We are seeking an English‑qualified solicitor with 1–3 years post‑qualification experience to join our Band 1 Chambers‑ranked Private Wealth Disputes team. Working from Edinburgh, Leeds or remotely, you will handle English law and cross‑border disputes for high‑net‑worth individuals, trustees, executors and institutional clients.
Key responsibilities
- Draft claim forms, particulars of claim, arbitration requests, legal submissions and witness statements.
- Prepare legal correspondence and conduct detailed legal research.
- Provide advice to clients and attend consultations with colleagues and counsel.
- Participate in mediation, negotiated resolutions and other ADR processes.
- Contribute to business development by building client relationships and winning new mandates.
- Support the development of the English litigation and private client knowledge base.
Required profile
- English qualification with a strong interest in private client law.
- Background in dispute resolution, preferably with exposure to trust and probate litigation.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong research abilities.
- Willingness to develop skills in mediation, arbitration and other ADR methods.
