Talent Acquisition Manager – Internal Recruitment Team Leader

About the role

Quanticate is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its Internal Recruitment team. This remote UK position will support the company’s global growth by attracting and securing high‑quality talent in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of Internal Recruiters.
• Manage recruiter performance, workload allocation and delivery against hiring objectives.
• Partner closely with the CEO to implement recruitment strategies.
• Act as the primary contact for recruitment‑related queries.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent and contract vacancies worldwide.
• Source candidates via advertising, direct sourcing, networking, databases, social media and talent mapping.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and other recruitment activities.
• Prepare candidates throughout the interview process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights and recruitment intelligence to internal stakeholders.
• Track recruitment activity accurately in the ATS.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Represent Quanticate at careers fairs, conferences and networking events.
• Become a subject‑matter expert in internal recruitment and employer branding best practices.

Required profile

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes within a high‑end recruitment environment.
• Previous experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams (highly desirable).
• Proven experience using multiple sourcing methods, including direct headhunting approaches.
