About the role
We are seeking a UX Lead to drive user‑centred design across a major transformation programme for a large enterprise. The role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, ensuring high‑quality design outputs and raising UX maturity throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the user‑centred design approach for an assigned value chain, meeting agreed outcomes.
- Conduct and oversee qualitative and quantitative user research, translating insights into wireframes, prototypes, journey maps and other artefacts.
- Apply appropriate UX methods across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
- Oversee UX resources, maintain design standards, and ensure delivery quality.
- Track progress, manage change variances, and report UX risks and metrics.
- Specialise in areas such as user research, design systems or journey management.
- Develop and maintain artefacts like user journeys, personas, design principles and governance materials.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, insight reviews and governance meetings.
Required profile
- Strong experience in UX leadership, user‑centred or service design.
- Proven ability to run and oversee both qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Comfort working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience tracking UX risks, reporting metrics and supporting governance processes.

- Journey mapping and persona development.
- Design systems knowledge.
- Facilitation of workshops and collaborative sessions.
