360 Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Desk

About the role

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist recruitment business focused on life sciences, clinical research, biotech, CRO, CDMO and pharmaceutical markets. You will take ownership of a warm permanent desk with existing client relationships, live vacancies and opportunities to reactivate dormant accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate delivery and account growth.
• Develop new client relationships while nurturing existing ones across permanent and contract markets.
• Meet and exceed billing targets, contributing to the firm’s revenue goals.
• Collaborate with an experienced billing manager to refine your commercial approach.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven 360 recruitment experience, preferably in permanent placements.
• Consistent billing record at Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant level.
• Strong business development mindset and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a desk effectively.
