Account Manager – Recruitment Agency

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join a small but international recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street, London. The role focuses on placing candidates worldwide and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Place individuals with client contacts across the globe.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and corporate clients.
• Manage recruitment logistics and ensure smooth candidate placement processes.
• Maintain and update the agency’s CRM database.
• Collaborate with the team in a positive, non‑cold‑calling environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment.
• Degree‑level education preferred.

• Base salary £33,000‑£35,000 (flexible) plus a competitive commission structure.
