About the role
We are looking for an Administration Associate to join our Customer Support team at Evlo, a leading consumer‑finance provider. The role offers full training and development, allowing you to grow your career in finance while supporting day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Sort, scan and distribute incoming mail, responding where authorised.
- Generate and prepare customer letters and maintain accurate account information.
- Perform general office administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry and scanning.
- Liaise with external partners and debt‑management companies via online portals.
- Handle SMS and email communications with customers, ensuring timely responses.
- Process deferment checklists, ethical requests and regular account reconciliations.
- Support vulnerable‑customer queues, update Breathing Space information and manage related ticketing through Freshservice.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly audit reports and complete ad‑hoc administrative projects.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with confidential data.
- Excellent written communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience using Freshservice or similar ticketing systems.
