Administrative Assistant – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Maternity Cover)

About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide 12‑month maternity cover for four senior leaders in our London EMEA Home Office. The role offers exposure to senior leadership, business operations and regional initiatives in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for senior leaders, coordinating internal and external meetings and events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the leadership team.
- Arrange travel itineraries and logistics for leaders and their teams.
- Prioritise and oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support administrative financial management tasks for the department.
- Assist with communications and event‑planning activities.
- Prepare executive communications and develop presentations.
- Address additional ad‑hoc requests as they arise.
Required profile
- Experience in a similar fast‑paced administrative environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines calmly under pressure.
- Exceptional calendar and time‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency in presentation development and editing.
- Effective analytical, listening, and writing skills.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (preferred).
