Advertising Telesales Executive – Outdoor Advertising Sales

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Advertising Telesales Executive to promote outdoor digital advertising for major global events. You will work closely with the project director to secure advertising and sponsorship deals for one of Germany’s most exciting cultural celebrations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients, generating new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers to secure long‑term contracts.
- Use the company CRM to manage leads, track progress and maintain a pipeline of at least 100 active prospects.
- Make 100+ sales calls daily and deliver 5‑8 tailored sales pitches each day.
- Report daily qualified callbacks and progress to the Project Director.
Required profile
- Passionate about events, advertising and sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly self‑motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Fluent in German is desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for lead management.
