About the role
As an Arabic‑Speaking Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospects across the MENA region, helping to build a strong pipeline for our UK‑based Account Executives. You will combine proactive outreach with deep cultural insight to open doors that others may miss.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to MENA prospects via phone, email and social channels, primarily in Arabic.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high‑quality meetings for Account Executives.
- Research target accounts, map decision‑makers and tailor messaging accordingly.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine MENA‑specific messaging and campaigns.
- Provide cultural and market insights about business practices in the Arab world.
Required profile
- 0‑1 years experience in sales development, business development or a customer‑facing role.
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) to a professional standard.
- Experience or familiarity with customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or broader MENA region.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Based in or able to commute to London; hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
Required skills
- Proficiency with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.

- Competitive base salary of £37,000 with OTE up to £50,000.
