Architect – Residential Developments

About the role

We are seeking a talented, design‑focused Architect to join our growing team and work on a variety of residential schemes from concept through to delivery. The role offers the chance to own projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and shape high‑quality housing and mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop residential design proposals from early concept to technical delivery.
• Produce high‑quality drawings, layouts, and presentation material.
• Manage your own workload and take full ownership of projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, clients, and local authorities.
• Support planning applications and design submissions.
• Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements.
• Contribute to design reviews and maintain high standards across all work.
• Assist with technical detailing and construction information.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered Architect with experience on UK residential, housing, apartment or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong design and spatial planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team.
• Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations.
• Proactive, organised and confident in managing projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows.
