Associate Consultant – Project & Programme Delivery (P3M)

About the role

RT Consulting is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Project Management consulting team. You will work on Defence, Government, Policing and wider Public Sector programmes, delivering full project lifecycle leadership, governance and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Provide P3M (Project, Programme, Portfolio Management) expertise across client engagements.
• Deliver assurance and project controls, ensuring compliance with regulated and secure environments.
• Work on‑site 2–3 days per week at client locations in the Southwest (e.g., Bristol, Corsham, Yeovil) with hybrid flexibility.
• Align consultancy resources to current and upcoming demand, supporting the delivery of value‑for‑money solutions.

Required profile

• Experienced professional in project, programme or portfolio management.
• Comfortable operating in regulated, secure environments.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and evolving contexts.
