About the role
Phoenix is looking for a Resource & Engagement Coordinator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support one of its consultancy teams. You will be the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth scheduling, service order processing, and project coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Check, release and track service orders and Volume Service Agreements.
- Act as first point of contact for Technical Consultants, Sales Teams and customers.
- Manage the team diary, including holidays, calls, meetings and project bookings.
- Allocate appropriate resources to scoping calls, meetings and customer projects.
- Coordinate pre‑sales activities with Sales Teams and Overlays.
- Schedule workshops and Teams webinars, providing registration updates.
- Conduct weekly sync calls with senior management to discuss workloads and escalations.
- Produce and present detailed performance, project status and business metric reports.
- Maintain project and availability spreadsheets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an administrative or scheduling role within a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and see the bigger picture.
- Confident communication at all levels and comfortable making independent decisions.
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
