Business Development Manager – Apprenticeships (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive apprenticeship sales across the UK. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to London for team events and training.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new SME and enterprise clients through market research, outreach and networking.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to match apprenticeship solutions with client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and apprenticeship start.
- Achieve monthly targets and generate uncapped commission on successful apprenticeship starts.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with internal learning and development teams to ensure delivery quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling apprenticeship, training or similar learning solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel to London up to six times per year.

- Competitive base salary of £30,000‑£40,000 per year.
