Business Development Manager – FinTech

About the role
Zeal Group, an award‑winning FinTech organisation, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Money Managers across the MENA region and beyond. You will drive growth by building relationships, onboarding partners, and promoting multi‑asset trading solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and onboard potential IBs and Money Managers, focusing on the MENA market.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of partners, increasing accounts, deposits and revenue.
- Analyse client trading needs and prepare tailored proposals for multi‑asset products such as gold, oil, FX, stocks and cryptocurrencies.
- Cross‑sell retail clients that meet IB thresholds and guide them through the client‑growth lifecycle.
- Stay informed on market news and trends in FX, commodities, stocks and indices.
- Advise partners on trading, options and risk‑management strategies.
- Represent Zeal Group at industry events to generate new leads.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Required profile
- B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales.
- Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices and equity markets.
- Hunter mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution.
- Knowledge of technical and fundamental market analysis.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for managing client interactions.
