About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to work remotely on AI model training projects. You will bring deep management‑consulting expertise to help shape AI outputs that reflect real‑world strategic analysis and transformation practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert insights on management‑consulting methodologies, strategic analysis, and business transformation practices.
• Review, assess, and refine complex business scenarios, documents, and case studies for accuracy and relevance.
• Deliver high‑quality written and verbal feedback to improve AI system outputs and reasoning capabilities.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to support training and evaluation of AI models from a management‑consulting perspective.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Stay updated on management‑consulting trends to provide current, impactful input.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a management consultant, preferably with a top‑tier consulting firm.
• Proven expertise in strategic projects, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize complex problems and deliver practical, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams in remote environments.
