Buyers Admin Assistant

About the role

Footasylum is seeking a Buyers Admin Assistant to support the buying team and global brands. You will help ensure the right footwear and fashion products are available across stores and e‑commerce sites, contributing to the company’s digital and data‑driven strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Produce weekly trade reports for internal teams and brand partners.
• Create look books and alignment documents to maintain cross‑department consistency.
• Conduct trend and market analysis through retail visits, competitor reviews and research trips.
• Attend brand meetings to capture upcoming product focuses and seasonal direction.
• Manage sample ordering and collaborate with marketing for go‑to‑market execution.
• Monitor social media for early trends relevant to the target demographic.
• Prepare visual documents to support order sign‑off processes.

• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal teams and external brand partners.
