Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer (Warwick)

About the role

We are a growing recruitment agency based in Warwick looking for a Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer. This is a candidate‑led position focused on delivering a high‑quality experience and building strong talent pipelines, without any business development or cold sales responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate journey from outreach to placement.
• Maintain and grow candidate pipelines across live roles.
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Conduct screening calls, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
• Keep the CRM (JobAdder) up‑to‑date, accurate and compliant.
• Support consultants with talent mapping and market insights.
• Ensure a first‑class candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Proactive, candidate‑first mindset.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (Pro) for candidate sourcing.
• JobAdder or similar CRM system.
