About the role

Join Listers Group’s Chery dealership in Bristol as a Car Sales Executive. You will guide customers through the entire buying journey, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle and enjoy a seamless experience from enquiry to contract.

Key responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and matching them to suitable vehicles.
  • Manage the full sales process, including financing, contracts and add‑on products.
  • Prospect new customers through calls, walk‑ins, internet enquiries and follow‑ups.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑on sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data in compliance with FCA and data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in car sales, retail management or sales management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
  • Valid UK driver’s licence.
  • Motivation to develop a long‑term career in the automotive sector.
