About the role

Join a leading Lexus dealership in Bristol as a Car Sales Executive. You will guide customers through the entire buying journey, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle and enjoy a seamless experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects via phone, walk‑ins, and online enquiries.
  • Match customers with suitable vehicles and recommend appropriate features and add‑ons.
  • Handle financing, contracts, and paperwork to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑on sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data in compliance with FCA and data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong rapport‑building and communication skills.
  • Valid UK driver’s licence.
  • Experience in car sales, retail management or sales management is advantageous.
  • Motivation to develop a long‑term career in the automotive sector.
