Clinical Engagement Representative (Medical Doctor) – Remote UK

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Medical Doctor to join AMBOSS’s B2B Sales team as a Clinical Engagement Representative. Working remotely from anywhere in England or Scotland, you will help expand AMBOSS’s presence in hospitals and clinics across the UK by building relationships with clinicians and decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target hospitals, trusts and clinics that do not yet have an AMBOSS licence.
• Engage with active users and key decision‑makers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct needs analyses and create presentations that address specific requirements of each partner.
• Act as the liaison between doctors and internal teams such as Customer Success, Sales Operations and Marketing.
• Plan and execute projects, events and partnership initiatives on behalf of AMBOSS.
• Collaborate with the Data Team and Sales Operations to analyse usage data and measure impact.
• Represent AMBOSS at conferences, workshops and networking events to raise brand awareness.
• Develop commercial partnerships with complementary businesses to drive revenue.

Required profile

• Qualified Medical Doctor (MBBS, MD or equivalent) with a valid licence to practise in the UK.
• Strong interest in healthcare technology and clinical decision support tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with clinicians and hospital administrators.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
