About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Cluster General Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium casual hospitality venues. The role involves steering multiple high‑volume sites, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding guest experience across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams of 100+ employees across several locations.
• Drive commercial performance and profitability for each venue.
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
• Develop and nurture a positive culture and strong team dynamics.
• Monitor operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven background in premium casual or high‑volume hospitality concepts.
• Experience managing multiple sites, preferably across London.
• Hands‑on leadership style with excellent people‑management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and operational insight.
• Passion for team development, culture building, and guest satisfaction.
