About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Cluster General Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium casual hospitality venues. The role involves steering multiple high‑volume sites, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding guest experience across the cluster.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire teams of 100+ employees across several locations.
- Drive commercial performance and profitability for each venue.
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
- Develop and nurture a positive culture and strong team dynamics.
- Monitor operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven background in premium casual or high‑volume hospitality concepts.
- Experience managing multiple sites, preferably across London.
- Hands‑on leadership style with excellent people‑management abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness and operational insight.
- Passion for team development, culture building, and guest satisfaction.
