Commercial Litigation Lawyer (3-8 years PQE)

About the role

Our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Belfast is seeking experienced lawyers to join a market‑leading team. You will work on high‑profile commercial transactions and disputes across a broad range of matters, including contracts, privacy, data security and intellectual property.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end legal advice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, settlement agreements and court documents.
• Collaborate with senior practitioners to develop case strategy and manage client expectations.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3‑8 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in England or Northern Ireland.
• Experience gained in a large or medium corporate law firm.
• Strong interest in continuous technical learning and participation in development programmes.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and client‑management abilities.
