Senior Banking & Finance Associate (5+ PQE) – Jersey

About the role

We are partnering with a top‑tier offshore law firm in Jersey to recruit a Senior Associate for its market‑leading Banking & Finance team. The role offers exposure to high‑value, multi‑jurisdictional transactions across real estate, leveraged and fund finance, as well as debt capital markets work.

Key responsibilities

• Assist on banking and finance transactions, including real estate, leveraged and fund finance matters.
• Support debt capital markets (DCM) work as required.
• Work on multi‑jurisdictional deals for an international client portfolio.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in the UK or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• Qualified lawyer with strong banking and finance experience.
• Excellent academic record.
• Experience gained at a leading law firm.
• Willingness to relocate and live in Jersey.
