Construction Liability Adjuster (Remote, South East England)

About the role
We are seeking a desktop‑based Construction Liability Adjuster to manage a diverse portfolio of personal injury claims arising from construction projects. The role is home‑based with occasional visits to the client’s city office in South East England.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and settle personal injury losses linked to construction works where our client is nominated.
- Maintain accurate claim files and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate with claimants, legal representatives, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for claim resolution.
Required profile
- Experience in construction liability claims or personal injury claims, with a willingness to focus on construction‑related risks.
- Residency anywhere in the South East of England.
- Progress towards ACII qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
