Consultant - Technology Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant – Technology Strategy to lead high‑impact consulting engagements for clients in aerospace, defence, space and advanced manufacturing. Working remotely, you will partner with senior stakeholders to shape technology roadmaps, optimise manufacturing processes and drive innovation across complex product ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or co‑lead strategic consulting projects, managing scope, budget, timeline and client value.
• Conduct technology, capability and manufacturing assessments, market and supply‑chain analyses, and support product development initiatives.
• Serve as the primary client interface, building trust and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Develop and quality‑assure analytical assets such as TRL/MRL frameworks and technical due‑diligence processes.
• Create repeatable tools, maintain high‑quality databases and contribute to thought‑leadership within the practice.
• Supervise and mentor senior analysts and analysts, coordinating work packages with associate consulting partners.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, engineering or advanced R&D, preferably within mobility, aerospace, automotive or government sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary workstreams and guide junior colleagues.
