Consulting Manager – Insurance Strategy

About the role

Oxbow Partners is seeking a Manager to lead high‑impact insurance strategy projects. You will work closely with senior clients, own end‑to‑end delivery, and help shape the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of consulting engagements, defining approach, timelines and quality standards.
• Structure complex problems into clear workstreams and guide teams toward actionable solutions.
• Oversee analysis and outputs, ensuring insight and clarity.
• Shape presentations and recommendations that are commercially relevant and decision‑focused.
• Act as primary day‑to‑day client lead, building credibility through clear communication.
• Lead meetings and workshops, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Manage, coach and develop consultants, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to business development and long‑term firm strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering consulting projects in insurance or related financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
